I invited Chris Brockhurst and Josh Sattin to talk about their experience with the Sony A7IV in professional use and if they think it is a professional camera. In my honest opinion a professional camera is a camera you would be able to take to a job and create professional work with it being paid or unpaid for a client or project for others to view. The Sony A7IV is a professional camera but is it a professional video camera? Short answer is yes but long answer is that it has some cons to turn professionals away from this camera and using it for client work. I personally love it and have had no issues what so ever with it and will continue to use it for a lot on my professional work.
