| Video Discription | On Friday, March 17, our 214 remarkable students celebrated the next steps in their careers as physicians. These soon-to-be graduates have been educated in all four corners of the state of Georgia, including campuses in Albany, Rome/Dalton, and Savannah/Brunswick. As of Match Day, 99% of MCG's graduates have a residency position! This achievement was widely celebrated by classmates, family and faculty members. 134 students matched into primary care residency programs, 31 in internal medicine, 28 in pediatrics, 26 in family medicine, 13 in general surgery, 12 in emergency medicine, 10 in OB/GYN, 2 in internal medicine/pediatrics and 1 in pediatrics/psych/child psychology.
