| Video Discription | Dahi Jamane ka Sahi tareeka Halwai jaisa | Thick or itni moti malai wali dahi ab jamae ghar par Curd ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇ https://youtu.be/RvBR2CUD4xY ---------------------------------------- Homemade Yogurt Written Recipe with Directions: Ingredients: -Fresh Milk (Dodh) 3 Litre -Dry Milk (Sukha dodh) Powder 6 tbs -Yogurt 1 tbs -Water (pani) as required Directions: -In a pot, add milk and ½ liter water and bring it to a boil. -In a separate bowl, add ½ liter water and dry milk powder, and mix well so that there are no lumps. -When the milk starts boiling, add the mixture to it and mix well. Again, bring it to a boil. -After boiling the milk, cook it for 1 minute and turn off the flame. -Transfer milk to a thick stainless-steel tray/pot and stir with a ladle for 1-2 minutes. After that, rest it for 15 minutes. -In a bowl, add yogurt and water 1 tbs and mix it well. (Do not use a great amount of yogurt to make it sweet) -When it is lukewarm, just dip your finger to check the temperature. The finger should not burn, neither that finger does not feel the warmth. Milk should be lukewarm. At this point, add the mixture to the milk by removing the layer from the center of it. -Cover & leave the curd undisturbed in a warm place for 7-8 hours or overnight. (In summer, place a cloth under the tray to keep it warm). -Refrigerate once the curd sets.
