Korean Honey Chicken adalah salah satu makanan khas Korea Selatan yang cukup populer. Ayam goreng tepung yang dilumuri dengan saus madu dengan perpaduan rasa manis dan gurih. Cocok dijadikan sebagai lauk maupun camilan. Resep Korean Honey Chicken (untuk 3-4 porsi) Bahan: 200 gr paha ayam fillet, potong dadu 1 sdt bawang putih halus ½ sdt jahe parut 1 butir telur 2 sdm tepung maizena 1 sdt minyak wijen 2 sdm santan ½ sdt garam ½ sdt gula ¼ sdt merica ¼ sdt penyedap / kaldu jamur Adonan tepung kering: 1 cup tepung protein sedang 2 sdm maizena Saus: 2 sdm kecap asin 4 sdm madu 1 sdm gula palem 2 sdm minyak wijen 2 sdm minyak goreng 2 sdt bawang putih halus 3 sdt wijen Garnish 1 batang daun bawang, iris Langkah: 1. Campurkan ayam dengan semua bahan rendaman lalu diamkan minimal 30 menit agar bumbu meresap 2. Campurkan tepung dan maizena 3. Celupkan ayam ke dalam tepung kering hingga terlumuri semua bagian, goreng hingga kuning keemasan 4. Untuk saus, tumis bawang putih dengan minyak lalu campurkan semua bahan hingga rata dan masak hingga mengental 5. Tambahkan ayam, aduk rata 6.
