Panaskan minyak lalu goreng bawang putih yang sudah digeprek hingga kecoklatan menggunakan api sedang, sisihkan bawang 2. Masukkan bawang merah dan cabai rawit ke dalam food processor lalu cincang jangan terlalu halus atau sesuai selera 3. Masukkan cabai dan bawang cincang ke dalam minyak lalu tambahkan terasi kemudian masak menggunakan api kecil 4. Bumbui dengan garam, gula, dan penyedap, aduk rata 5. Masukkan sedikit air lalu masak sambal hingga air benar-benar susut dengan api kecil 6. Setelah dingin, masukkan sambal ke dalam wadah kedap udara 7. Untuk pan bekas menumis, bisa juga dipakai untuk menumis nasi supaya sisa-sisa sambal meresap ke dalam nasi 8. Sajikan nasi dengan sambal dan kerupuk =================== [ENGLISH] Sambal Bawang Recipe (yield: 1 jar) Ingredients: 6 clove garlic (skin-on) 150-200 ml oil 150 g shallots, pounded 150 g bird’s eye chili 8 g shrimp paste (optional) 50 ml water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar (optional) ¾ tsp MSG Others: Warm Rice Crackers Steps: 1. Heat some oil and stir-fry the pounded garlic until browned on medium heat. Set aside the garlic. 2. Add the shallots and bird’s eye chili into the food processor. Chop, not too finely, or to the desired consistency. 3. Add the blended spices into the oil. Add the shrimp paste in, then cook on low heat. 4. Season with salt, sugar, and MSG. Stir. 5. Add a bit of water, then cook the Sambal on low heat until the water is completely reduced. 6.
