Tahu bisa diolah menjadi berbagai masakan, salah satunya tahu goreng bawang. Sajian sederhana ini paling nikmat dimakan saat masih panas dan dicocol dengan sambal kecap. Enak dan ekonomis! Resep Tahu Goreng Bawang (untuk 3-4 porsi) Bahan: 6 buah tahu kuning, potong 1 sdt garam 1 sdt penyedap 300 ml air 3 sdm maizena 10 siung bawang putih, geprek 10 siung bawang merah, geprek Minyak untuk menggoreng Sambal kecap: 8 cabai rawit, iris 1 siung bawang putih besar, cincang 2 sdm minyak 1 sdm gula aren 4 sdm kecap manis 1 sdm kecap asin 1 buah jeruk limau Langkah: 1. Belah tahu menjadi dua, kemudian rendam dengan air, garam, dan penyedap di dalam wadah 2. Masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih geprek lalu masukkan maizena dan aduk rata 3. Selagi tahu direndam, untuk membuat sambal kecap letakkan cabai rawit dan bawang putih di dalam mangkuk kemudian panaskan minyak dan tuang kedalam mangkuk, aduk rata 4. Masukan gula aren, kecap manis, dan kecap asin kemudian beri perasan jeruk limau lalu aduk hingga rata 5. Panaskan minyak, goreng tahu hingga setengah matang lalu masukkan bawang geprek dan aduk-aduk 6. Tuang satu sendok sayur air rendaman tahu, aduk-aduk lalu ulangi proses ini 3-5 kali 7. Goreng tahu dan bawang hingga cokelat keemasan, tiriskan 8. Sajikan tahu goreng bawang dengan sambal kecap =================== [ENGLISH] CRUNCHY but SOFT! This simple dish is best eaten while it’s still hot and dipped into the soy sauce sambal. Delicious and budget-friendly! Garlic & Shallots Fried Tofu Recipe (yield: 3-4 servings) Ingredients: 6 pc yellow tofu, sliced 1 tsp salt 1 tsp flavor enhancer 300 ml water 3 tbsp cornstarch 10 clove garlic, pounded 10 pc shallot, pounded Oil for frying Sweet Soy Sambal: 8 pc bird’s eye chili, sliced 1 clove garlic, large, sliced 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp palm sugar 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 pc Kaffir lime Steps: 1. Halve the tofu and soak in water, salt, and flavor enhancer in a bowl. 2. Add the pounded shallots, garlic, and cornstarch. Mix well. 3. While the tofu is soaking, make the Sweet Soy Sambal. Add the bird’s eye chili and garlic in a bowl. Heat some oil and pour into the bowl. Mix well. 4. Add the palm sugar, sweet soy sauce, and soy sauce in. Add lime juice and mix well. 5. Heat some oil and fry the tofu. Halfway through, add the pounded garlic and shallots in. Stir. 6. Pour one ladleful of the marinating water. Stir and repeat the process 3-5 times. 7. Fry the tofu, garlic, and shallots until golden brown. Set aside. 8.
