| Video Discription | Fish is a must-have at our family's Chinese New Year reunion dinner because fish is called 鱼 (Yu 2) in Chinese and sounds like 余 , which means abundance or surplus. We always use this auspicious saying 年年有余 (Nian Nian You Yu) to wish each other throughout Chinese New Year. This means may you be blessed with plenty year after year. It's really meaningful. That's why fish is a must-have dish for Chinese New Year reunion dinner. We've used Knorr SavorRich Chicken Concentrated Seasoning in this recipe to create this restaurant style steamed fish.
