Makan roti tawar gitu-gitu aja? Coba dibikin kayak gini aja, cocok jadi menu sarapan ataupun camilan santai bersama keluarga di rumah. Resep Pizza Roti Tawar dan Tuna Melt Toast (untuk 2 porsi) Pizza roti tawar: 2 lembar roti tawar, potong kotak 2 butir telur 1 sdm mentega 2 siung bawang putih, cincang 2 sdm saus tomat 2 sdm mayonaise 40 gr keju cheddar easy melt 5 lembar salami 4 buah jamur champignon, iris 1 sdm parsley cincang Garam, merica, penyedap secukupnya Tuna melt toast: 2 lembar roti tawar ¼ kaleng tuna 1 sdm mayonaise 1 lembar keju slice 1 batang daun bawang, iris 1 sdm saus sambal Langkah: 1. Untuk pizza roti tawar, lelehkan mentega kemudian masukkan bawang putih cincang dan masak perlahan menggunakan api kecil 2. Letakkan roti tawar, ½ telur, mentega, dan bawang yang sudah dimasak ke dalam mangkuk, kemudian diamkan hingga meresap 3. Panaskan minyak kemudian tumis jamur hingga kecokelatan dan bumbui dengan garam, merica,dan penyedap secukupnya lalu tambahkan salami 4. Tuang adonan roti ke dalam pan, gunakan api kecil lalu masak hingga bagian bawahnya kecokelatan 5. Balikkan pizza, masukkan telur kocok masak lagi menggunakan api kecil 6. Olesi permukaan atasnya dengan saus tomat lalu tambahkan jamur tumis, mayonaise, keju parut, dan salami, tutup pan dan masak hingga keju meleleh atau bisa juga dilelehkan dengan menggunakan torch 7. Angkat dari pan lalu belah 4 8. Untuk tuna melt toast, ambil satu lembar roti kemudian letakkan tuna, mayonaise, daun bawang dan sambal kemudian tutup lagi dengan roti 9. Panaskan pan dan beri sedikit minyak lalu panggang menggunakan api sedang hingga kedua permukaannya kecokelatan 10. Angkat roti, belah jadi 4 bagian 11. Bread Pizza and Tuna Melt Toast (yield: 2 servings) Bread Pizza: 2 slice bread, diced 2 pc egg 1 tbsp butter 2 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp mayonnaise 40 g easy melt cheddar cheese 5 pc salami 4 pc champignon mushroom, sliced 1 tbsp chopped parsley Salt, pepper, flavor enhancer to taste Tuna Melt Toast: 2 slice bread ¼ can tuna 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 pc cheese slice 1 pc green onion, sliced 1 tbsp chili sauce Steps: 1. For the Bread Pizza, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook slowly on low heat. 2. Place the bread, ½ of the egg, butter, and cooked garlic in a bowl. Let it soak. 3. Heat a bit of oil and sauté the mushroom until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and flavor enhancer to taste. Then, add the salami. 4. Pour the bread mix into the pan. Cook on low heat until the bottom part is browned. 5. Flip the pizza. Add the beaten egg and cook again on low heat. 6. Brush the top with tomato sauce and add sautéd mushroom, mayonnaise, grated cheese, and salami. Place the lid on and cook until the cheese melts or use a torch. 7. Remove from the pan and slice into 4 slices. 8. For the Tuna Melt Toast, grab one slice of bread and place the tuna, mayonnaise, green onion, and chili sauce. Top with the other slice of bread. 9. Heat the pan and add a bit of oil. Sear the bread on medium heat until both sides are browned. 10. Remove the bread and slice into 4 slices. 11.
