Sugar • 8 gr. Vanilla Sugar • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Honey • 4 Tbsp. Cream • 250 gr. flaked Almonds For the Filling: • 2 packs Vanilla Pudding • 720 mL Milk + ( 80 mL for pudding ) • 100 gr. Sugar • 100 gr. unsalted Butter • 18 gr. Gelatin ( dissolved in 150 mL Water ) • 600 gr. Whipping Cream (Cold) • 16 gr. / 2 pcks. Vanilla Sugar * IN DEUTSCH * ZUTATEN: Für den Teig: • 380 gr. Mehl • 7 gr. Trockene hefe • 50 gr. Zucker • 8 gr. Vanillezucker • 1 Ei • 180 ml lauwarme Milch • 1/2 TL. Salz • 75 gr. melted Butter Für das Mandel-Topping: • 200 gr. ungesalzene Butter • 100 gr. Zucker • 8 gr. Vanillezucker • 1 1/2 EL. Honig • 4 EL. Sahne • 250 gr.
