Here's the recipe: RVR MONTREAL CHICKEN ------------------------------------------ Ingredients: 3 T +1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2 T Montreal Chicken Seasoning ½ cup Clover Honey Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350. 2. Drizzle 3 T EVOO onto bottom of a 9x13-baking dish. 3. Unfurl the chicken thighs completely. Snugly, but flatly, arrange the chicken thighs. They can be tight; they are going to shrink. 4. Then generously drizzle each and every thigh with 1 T EVOO. 5. Generously sprinkle tops of thighs with Montreal Chicken 6. Seasoning. 7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 8. Pull out baking dish and pour about 1-2 T of honey onto each thigh. Be Generous with the honey! 9. Bake for 15 minutes longer, until golden brown on top.
