| Video Discription | This is a case of uncontrollable posterior bleeding from middle meatus lateral wall done today. A case of CRF on dialysis, not taking any blood thinners. Twice nasal packing was done out side. It is best if we try to do Endoscopy while patient re-bleeds in cases when there is already trauma to the tissue by previous nasal packings.
