I find most scones are a bit dry which is totally understandable because you eat scones with tea or coffee. But this scone recipe has a high content of cream so it’s soft, moist inside and crunchy outside. I highly recommend trying it out! If you do, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram😉 Ingredients Unsalted butter 120g (Cold) All purpose flour 280g Sugar 70g Baking powder 8g (2 tsp) Pinch of salt 1 Egg Heavy cream 120g Vanilla extract 5g 100g per scone Bake at 350F for about 18min (I used a convection oven) (Baking time can be different depends on your oven and the size of scone) 이 레시피는 제가 캐나다 5성급 호텔에서 일하면서 만들었던 스콘이랍니다. 다른 스콘에 비해 촉촉해서 참 좋아해요. 스콘은 먹으면 텁텁 목맥히는ㅋㅋ 느낌이 있잖아요.
