It was my go to shabbat meal prep throughout my medical residency and I still use it to this day to have amazing and easy shabbat food ready in no time! It is a mix of fresh salads ( מתכונים לסלטים לשבת) , delicious baked shabbat fish and shabbat meatballs it uses simple recipes to make this easy shabbat dinner recipes so you will find readily all the ingredients it is an amazing go to for all your shabbat food need! It will become part of your favourite shabbat dinner recipes for sure! in a nutshell, it is a one hour shabbat meal prep and on top of that you have very little dishes to make!
