| Video Discription | Using this video, we improve our Soccer Awareness skills. Place your phone/tablet on a stand or an elevated surface. The numbers (1,2,3,4) and colors (red, yellow, blue, green) are all generated in a random 2 second sequence. For starters, what you want to do is, as you check away from the ball check your shoulder to see if the defender is coming at you or not. In this case, check your shoulder and say what color and number you see as you start checking back to the ball. Once you get this down, you can start expanding the drill from there.
