| Video Discription | How to make Nihari Masala - Nihari masala powder is used in preparing paya nihari, Nalli Nihari etc. (For 2 kg meat( mutton or chicken) ingredients: Whole spices: 1 tbsp coriander seeds. 1 tsp black cumin seeds 1 tsp white cumin seeds 3/4 tbsp fennel seeds 1 tbsp black pepper corns 3 small long pepper 6-7 cloves 2 small cinnamon stick 1/4 nutmeg 1 mace 1 star anise 4 green cardamom 1 black cardamom powdered spices: 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch 1 tbsp ginger powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp salt Method: Transfer all whole hot spices into a small mixing jar. Blend them well. Now add all powdered spices into the same jar. blend them well. Transfer them into an airtight container. You can use this nihari masala upto 3 months.
