If you're unfamiliar with an economic rice stall, think Panda Express, a popular Chinese food chain in America that serves a wide variety of delectable dishes to go with your choice of rice or noodles. We have lotsa economic rice stalls in Singapore. Although the original request was to recreate a cai fun tofu dish, we've added a few more ingredients to make it more wholesome so that you can serve it with steamed rice and call it a meal.
