| Video Discription | The Super Bowl VIII broadcast copy that is out there is ugly as hell - SO drab looking, too bright, dull, and devoid of color. I always thought that it could be made to look better, but I never dreamed just HOW good it could be as it turns out. I took a high-end source copy of the game and first denoised it, making it squeaky clean. I then got to work on the color restoration in DaVinci Resolve, adjusting various levels and then applying a very generous amount of extra color saturation. It took me the better part of a day and many attempts, but I finally got this sucker looking amazing compared to what it was.
