Today we are following Tang from PappaRich Melbourne Warehouse that produces Malaysian Food. Tang's role as a Supply Chain Manager, varies from ensuring that Purchase Order are done and shipment gets booked so that all the food that is produced inside the warehouse gets to Papparich's customers. We follow Tang from his morning routine at Papparich's warehouse until the afternoon when he gets off work. Typical day for an Australian is to start work around 8:30am in the morning before finishing at around 5pm - 6pm. Tang has only been in this company for a few years, but his passion allowed him to climb ranks quite fast. Most of the PappaRich's team have been there 5-6 years or longer. What drew him to Papparich is quite frankly the warm culture that they have. And this is a daily life in Australia and working hours for Tang.
