| Video Discription | Lavender and Chamomile are delightfully spicy and mellow when combined into an herbal summer tea. We dry both flowers to be able to enjoy it in the winter, too. (Since we don't use harsh pesticides and chemicals in our garden, making this tea is as easy as putting the kettle on to boil while you go snip a few flower heads, but if you do spray in your garden, be sure to wash the flowers thoroughly before brewing.) Simply steep the flowers in a mug or tea pot for 5-15 minutes, depending on how strong you take your tea. Strain and serve, or if you're feeling whimsical, sip around the flowers. There's no bad way to drink this tea. :) For a refreshing iced drink, add mint leaves to the mix and let steep for 30 minutes, then add your choice of sweetener and pour over lots of ice.
