Man picking up remains of rocket debris STORYLINE Cambodia said on Thursday that it has successfully tested a multiple rocket launcher in a show of force that comes amid simmering tensions with its neighbour Thailand. About 200 rounds from the Soviet-made BM-21 rocket launcher were on Thursday fired in the mountains of remote, Kampong Chhnang province, some 80 kilometres (50 miles) north of the capital Phnom Penh. Relations between Cambodia and Thailand are strained over a long-running territorial dispute. Thailand is also angry that Cambodia has played host to former Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
