Tony is engaged to Count de Guyon ( Sanders ), but decides to strike back at Steve by claiming they are to be married. Steve's publisher Martin Canavan ( Ameche ) gets wind of this and fires Steve. Both Tony and Steve end up getting thrown in jail due to their hijinx in the battle between them. Will Tony and Steve destroy one another or fall in love?
