The boss can be fought and unlocked after finishing the character story quest related to The Knave Arlecchino. The Knave Arlecchino is a straightforward and rather easy fight with only 1 gimmick: Bonds of Life. The Bond of Life prevents all healing until it is healed off itself, and in The Knave Arlecchino's fight, clearing this Bond of Life will allow you to interrupt some of her attacks with a charged attack of your own. This means that it is almost mandatory to bring a healer with you, despite not intending to get hit at all. Aside from that, this boss can be easily cleared by just dodging almost every move to the sides, and all of the AoEs to the outside.
