| Video Discription | The idea of embracing a perfectionist identity takes away our power to control the outcomes of our lives. We can take control of our personal power by understanding the detrimental belief of perfectionism and embracing the idea that we are naturally imperfectionist. The more we understand how perfection is unattainable, the less control it has over us. The more we understand how our imperfections are natural, the more power we have over our thoughts and our actions. The power is within us, we just need to understand how to identify it and how to use it. Elon Kline is a sophomore at the University of Delaware pursuing a degree in Interpersonal Effectiveness in Leadership. Elon is passionate about self-development seen by his pursuit for a future career in motivational speaking.
