What better way to celebrate than with a bunch of surprises! First they went to Target on a shopping spree for toys, party decorations and ice cream cake. It turned out to be a no budget party. No worries because Kellie has Helmet Guys credit card. With only 2 hours they shopped and then had to set up the partying including wrapping presents, which felt like Christmas there were so many and blowing up balloons.
