Here are answers to frequently asked questions. Will speech therapy be scheduled at a time that is convenient for my family? When you enroll your child in speech therapy, our staff create a schedule that works for your family. Missed appointments can delay or even reverse progress. What are my scheduling options? There are two scheduling options. The most common is a weekly appointment on the same day and time. These appointments can be scheduled out for up to 3 months. If the same day and time doesn’t work, you can choose our FIT option. FIT stands for “family initiated treatment.” That means you can call our schedulers each week to schedule a single appointment, based on what works best for you that week. Once therapy begins, you can always call to make changes if the schedule no longer works for you. What else will I need to do to help my child with therapy? In addition to attending sessions, we encourage you to watch and even participate in the sessions. some sessions. This will help you to learn how to work with your child at home.
