| Video Discription | Hello all! Welcome to my YouTube channel! This is my very first video and my very first time editing videos so this is a huge milestone for me. This video covers my workout session I do during this winter season despite it being super cold, rainy, and me being sick (again). This means a lot to me because I am striving to grow my physical, mental, and emotional strength everyday and part of it is living a healthier lifestyle. One of my goals to live a healthier lifestyle is to push my limits with every workout session by doing more reps for push-ups, squats, etc. correctly and safely. I am constantly challenging myself to work on my weakest exercises more so I eventually conquer my weaknesses in order to improve and grow. If you do not admit to your weaknesses and work on them you will never improve. Thus here is a video of my workout session pushing and grinding myself to be healthier and happier with my lifestyle.
