| Video Discription | I am excited to share the self filmed video of my Colorado Shiras Moose hunt. I took him on the 6th day. He was over 200 yards out when I started calling and I ended up shooting him at less than 10 yards away. He came straight to me grunting the entire way and stopped a few times to tear up willow bushes. It was an absolute adrenaline rush being that close to a rut crazed bull. He is just over 50” wide with a gross green score of approximately 160”. I took him with a Blacktail takedown longbow. 50lbs. @ 28”. 11/32” cedar arrow and a 145 grain Eclipse broadhead. I have been hunting Colorado for over 30 years and he completes my Colorado big nine with a bow and arrow. Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetail, Mountain Lion, Bighorn Sheep, Mountain Goat, Antelope, Bear and Moose. [yPIMb-mGzWU] |
