He says, "The main beneficiary of this mass conduct programme was the Chief Minister himself " as he learnt what the hurdles were in fulfilling the needs of the people. A man with a plan, when he came to power he had prepared a plan for 100 days. And feels happy that out of 107 schemes 103 are completed. He is a great example of a man who is 'with the people and for the people'.
