| Video Discription | Hello! I haven’t uploaded in a while because life got so busy preparing for summer activities! I am participating in a summer research program (that I applied to in another video) and that has kept me busy. A little bit about life sciences students: we do have internships but we also have research programs. This program also provides us with a weekly seminar, journal club (which is like a book club for scientists), and career development activities. It’s nice to meet students that are also interested in research, and their paths to the topic they’re studying. Anyways, this is a typical week for me this summer, I hope you enjoy the video! Disclaimer: this is representative of a typical week for me. I have friends in other fields who do different experiments, dry lab (more computation/physics/engineering heavy), or clinical work.
