| Video Discription | The Ministry of Home Affairs on Saturday issued the Unlock 4.0 guidelines. Parents do not want to send their kids to school yet, and the Unlock 4.0 guidelines also note that schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutes including coaching centres will remain closed for students and regular class activities till September 30. However, in the areas outside the containment zones, states and UTs may permit up to 50% of teaching and non-teaching staff to be called to the schools at a time for online teaching/ tele-counselling and related work. Also, in the areas outside containment zones, students of classes 9 to 12 may be permitted to visit their schools. However, this will only be on a voluntary basis and for taking guidance from teachers.
