This is a 41mm steel sports watch that represents best-in-class quality and features even at its preowned price of up to $38,000. Launched in 1996, the original Vacheron Constantin Overseas drew from the design of the company's own 1977 reference 222 sports watch. A third-generation Overseas watch collection debuted in 2016, and that was the first time Vacheron's sports watch truly equalled the pedigree of its primary competition from Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet. The Overseas Self Winding in today's episode incorporates features never before offered on an Overseas; a manufacture movement; Geneva hallmark status; a display caseback.
