Plus, it has an on/off toggle switch. No annoying potentiometers to deal with. I would not call it a beginner's device, although it's much easier to use and understand that other VV mods I have used in the past. Wired in series, you can get a max of 8V and a minimum 1V from the Dovpo Vee.
