The start of the event is at the Zavižan mountain peak in the Northern Velebit National Park, from where the participants start through the Premužić's trail, which offers stunning natural scenery, and continues near Hajdučki and Rožanski kukovi and passes through numerous pastures and forests. Depending on the chosen format, participants end back in Zavižan, Baške Oštarije, or Starigrad – Paklenica.
