| Video Discription | Imágenes: Isla de Lanzarote FORMA DE UTILIZAR ESTE AUDIO – VÍDEO HOW TO USE THIS AUDIO - VIDEO * 24 min. de tambor chamánico y percusión (tambores, maracas y sonajas varias…) , sonidos de la naturaleza (mar, viento, …) animales (delfines, ballenas, gaviotas…) y flauta nativa * El ritmo de la percusión es progresivo, variando la velocidad del tempo para conseguir diferentes estados energéticos. * Comenzamos en un tempo lento, con un ritmo repetitivo, al que se van añadiendo los elementos de la naturaleza. Progresivamente ira subiendo hasta llegar a un clímax. El ritmo irá cambiando, haciéndose cada vez más activo. Y desde ahí el tambor se detendrá, para dejar tan solo el sonido del agua. En este momento la mente estará más vacía y podremos sentir que pasa en el cuerpo * Existen diferentes formas de utilizarlo, una es danzando, haciendo una meditación activa, dejándonos llevar con movimientos libres según vayamos percibiendo las diferentes sensaciones que nos provoque el ritmo, hasta llegar a la máxima expresión que nos permitamos. Esto durara 12 min más o menos. Dará paso a una meditación o relajación tranquila, según lo sintamos. Pudiéndonos sentar, meditar, hacer una sesión de yoga o simplemente tumbarnos para sentir el cuerpo y entrar en una profunda relajación. Este último paso durara otros 12 min. * También podríamos hacer todo el audio como una meditación, o como música de fondo. * Si queréis el audio de los diferentes viajes de sonido hacédmelo saber en este correo jesusciluna@gmail.com * En un próximo vídeo hare un audio con ritmos de 5 tiempos, que provocaran un tipo de sensaciones y trances diferentes al provocado por los ritmos que hemos utilizado en los otros.
