Donald Trump is still celebrating his "victory" at the Supreme Court this week with their immunity ruling, and he isn't being shy about attacking special prosecutor Jack Smith along the way. In a post on Truth Social, Trump went after Smith, calling him "deranged" and then accusing him of being a pawn for his "bosses" at the DOJ, who Trump also took shots at. Trump may want to simmer down a bit and at least read the ruling because it definitely doesn't say what he thinks it does. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

A clearly confused, Donald Trump is still out there taking his victory lap about the Supreme Court immunity ruling on Monday, which he believes means he can do whatever the hell he wants and nobody can ever hold him accountable for it. To which I would advise, dude, please go read that ruling. It does not say that at all. But as I said, Trump is still out there taking his victory lap. And in addition to taking the victory lap, he is also taking shots at everybody at the Department of Justice that has him off over the last few years. Here's what Trump put on truth social later in the day after the ruling came out, a really bad day for deranged Jack Smith, the wacko prosecutor, used for crooked Joe Biden's attack on his political opponent. Today, as in the past, the Supreme Court gave the deranged one, a high level spanking his real bosses, Andrew Weissman and Lisa Monaco. Not to mention Merrick Garland, whose once great reputation has been shattered by these thugs and his constant defensive crooked. Joe must be furious. Adam Garland ought to call an end to this never ending hoax and let people focus on bringing brack back greatness to America.
See, Trump wouldn't be calling on Merrick Garland to end these prosecutions if the Supreme Court flat out said Trump can't be prosecuted for these things. Did y'all pick that up? Because I picked that up. I hope you did too, because that's the important thing here, right? Trump's out there saying like, ha ha, they can't do anything. Please drop the cases. They don't have to drop the cases. The Supreme Court in their ruling, which I pointed out the other day, pointed out again today, I've pointed out on my other channel over at Fair and Balance too. Supreme Court literally said it's gonna be up to the lower courts in this specific instance, judge Tanya Chut, to decide what constitutes an official act as president and what is an unofficial act as president, which he can still be prosecuted for. And considering the fact that all of Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election results were funded by his campaign, and he used campaign lawyers, and he used campaign staffers, and he used campaign emails.
It's pretty obvious to anyone with even half a brain or even a brain with a dead worm in it, that these were not official acts of the President of the United States. If they were official acts, the government would've paid for this, right? The DOJ would've been paying for it. Well, they didn't. In fact, the DOJ actually refused to do it. So the government, the thing Trump did have control over said, we're not gonna do it. The campaign said we'll do it. So no, Trump is not off the hook. No, Trump is not gonna go free and hell no. The DOJ is not gonna dismiss these cases. [_OxaPLA4CL0] |
