The afternoon trends show BJP is leading in 38 of 90 seats in Haryana, Congress in 31 seats and the Jannayak Janata Party in 10 seats. In Maharashtra, BJP-Shiv Sena is leading in 161 of the 288 seats and the opposition Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is ahead in 98 seats.
