| Video Discription | KITMUN-23 :- A platform for young minds irrespective of region, gender and race to join hands together and work on constructing viable solutions for trending and rising global issues. While we see abundant progress in various strata of society around the world, we also are witness to some negative side effects of this ambitious climb in status. As a diplomat, one must recognize the balance between progress and mitigating some of its deterring aftermaths, or else, the whole point of progress can get marred. KITMUN (KIT Model United Nations) recognizes the limitless potential in young minds to come together and innovate comprehensive and convincing solutions to some of the most pressing international concerns. KIT always gives equal importance to the technical as well as non-technical aspects. KITMUN at its creation in 2017, hosted leading delegates from across the state. Over the years the event has evolved to be an event of national repute, regularly hosting delegates from across the country. KITMUN 2023 was successfully hosted by team Walk With World in April 2023. KITMUN 2023 Committees and their agendas were as follows: 1)Vidhansabha - महाराष्ट्रातील निरोद्योगीकरण जबाबदार कोण? अकार्यक्षम व्यवस्थापन की सत्तेचे राजकारण? 2)GENERAL ASSEMBLY(DISEC)-International Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation of WMDs in context of possible nuclear confrontation in Eastern Europe. 3)UNEP-Effect of green fuel revolution & plastic ban on biodiversity & global fuel crisis. 4)IP-Photography & Journalism. The conference was conducted in physical mode and students from all around Maharashtra attended. 150+ delegates attended the conference and made it successful. Three days of intense debate, discussion, and interaction resulted in a triumphant student conference. Special thanks to all the participants and the respected EB's and Credits to the eyes of KITMUN 2023 our beloved IP team, KITMUN 2023.
