| Video Discription | Water yam is mostly combined with cocoyam for the preparation of the popular 'Ekpangkukwo' but here, I'll be using just water yam to create yet another great meal that tastes just like it. From my research, this meal is popular among the Ijebu people from the Southwestern part of Nigeria and known as 'Ikokore'. It is very easy to prepare (as it is a one-pot meal) and was one of my childhood fav. I'm recreating exactly my Mum's recipe (I even had to phone her, to remind me how she prepares it) Lol.
