| Video Discription | We headed off out to explore the incredible city of Phongsaly here in Extreme Northern Laos! Spent the morning wandering round the beautiful Yunnanese old town with all the intact ancient Chinese buildings, this place is unlike anywhere else in Laos I can't say enough good things. While walking we met some lovely phu Noi ladies and asked them where we could buy one of their special bags that they all have. Next minute one of them took us all the way back into the Chinese quarter and to their home where her mother actually made the special phu Noi bags by hand! This was really special for us they were such kind people and we bought a few of them for 50,000 Laos kip each which is such a good price for something so well made. Spent the rest of the day wandering round Phongsaly Town admiring how incredible this place really is.
