Finally we can farm the unlimited Rank 9 Steel to upgrade weapons to max level in NG+ The first thing is we don't go into new game + for this Loot. This Loot is only available in normal game (Crouching Dragon) At Crouching Dragon Difficulty, Select Part 6 & Mission called Decisive Battle of Guandu. Start the mission and rush to the first boss called Yuan Shao (Turtle Shield Boss). After defeat this boss, you will see a battleflag, go down around the red crystal path, you will see a Panda. Behind him you will see a treasure chest. Open the chest you will have 3 pieces of the Rank 9 Steels. Now you can repeat the mission as many as you can and the Loot will be respwaned unlimited.
