Mix everything together to form a rough dough. 2. Let rest for 30 minutes. 3. Finish kneading until it becomes a smooth ball. 4. Let rest for another 30 minutes. 5. Roll on biggest setting on a pasta machine, then fold and repeat. Once there is very little rolling resistance, move to a smaller setting. 6. Rinse and repeat until you have reached the desired thickness.
