We began our trip by eating LOTS of famous Xi'an street food in the famous Muslim Quarter -- a direct influence of the Silk Road, spent a full day exploring the 8th Wonder of the World -- the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, and ended our trip at Mount Huashan, where you find the deadliest hike in the world -- the Plank in the Sky!
