Mostly the newari people celebrate this day by making is unique and delicious cuisine called "YOMARI". As this festival falls in winter season, the filling such as molassess / Jaggery makes warm hence prevent from cold and cough during this season. It is sooo.... yummy that everyone loves it. It has not only a cultural values but also with health benefits. I have prepared this recipe in traditional way with the TIPS and TRICKS that MY GRANDMOTHER used to use for perfection of Yomari.
