Ingredients: ▪️2 apples ▪️25g butter ▪️1 tbsp lemon juice ▪️20g sugar ---------------------------- ▪️2 eggs ▪️130g sugar ▪️60g greek yoghurt/ sour cream ▪️60g milk ▪️60g oil ▪️200g flour ▪️1,5 tsp baking powder ▪️1 tsp vanilla sugar ▪️Powdered sugar Baking tin 18-20cm BAKE 180°C - 35-40 minutes Method: 1. Cut the apples into small pieces. 2. Melt 25g butter in the pan. Add the apples, 20g sugar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and fry until the apples are soft. Set aside. 3. Mix together: 2 eggs, 60g yoghurt or sour cream, 130g sugar, 60g milk, 60g oil & 1 tsp vanilla sugar. 4. Mix 200g flour with 1, 5 tsp baking powder and add to the mixture. Mix thoroughly. 5. Pour the mixture into a baking tin and place the apples on top. 6. BAKE 180°C - 35-40 minutes until fully cooked. 7. You can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
