Αδειάζουμε σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ το μείγμα με τους χουρμάδες και προσθέτουμε την βρώμη, την κανέλα και την λευκή κουβερτούρα, που έχουμε κόψει σε μικρά κομματάκια. Ανακατεύουμε καλά όλα μας τα υλικά μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί το μείγμα μας. Κάνουμε μπαλάκια στο μέγεθος που επιθυμούμε. Προαιρετικά, ρολάρουμε κάποια από αυτά μέσα σε ινδοκάρυδο. -------- Ingredients: • 100 gr. Dates • 50 gr. Peanut butter • 150 gr. Carrots • 170 gr. Oats • 125 gr. White chocolate ION • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon • Coconut (optional for garnish) Method: In a food processor, place the dates, peanut butter, and carrots and blend until smooth. Transfer the date mixture to a large bowl and add the oats, cinnamon, and white chocolate, which has been chopped into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture is homogeneous. Form the mixture into balls of the desired size. Optionally, roll some of the balls in coconut.
