| Video Discription | Αφράτο και Νοστιμότατο Κέικ με ζάχαρη καρύδας ΧΩΡΙΣ ΜΙΞΕΡ! ***Recipe in English below*** Υλικά • 200γρ ΖΑΧΑΡΗ ΚΑΡΥΔΑΣ • 130γρ ΖΑΧΑΡΗ ΛΕΥΚΗ • 240γρ ΣΠΟΡΕΛΑΙΟ • 4 ΑΥΓΑ σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου • 3 ΒΑΝΙΛΙΕΣ (σε σκόνη) ή 2 κουταλάκια ΥΓΡΗ ΒΑΝΙΛΙΑ • ΞΥΣΜΑ ΑΠΟ 1 ΠΟΡΤΟΚΑΛΙ • 220ml ΓΑΛΑ ΑΜΥΓΔΑΛΟΥ • 350γρ ΑΛΕΥΡΙ για όλες τις χρήσεις (κοσκινισμένο με 2 κουταλιές της σούπας ΜΠΕΙΚΙΝΓΚ ΠΑΟΥΝΤΕΡ + ΜΙΑ ΠΡΕΖΑ ΑΛΑΤΙ) Εκτέλεση Ανακατεύουμε τα υλικά με αναδευτήρα με την σειρά που είναι γραμμένα. Ρίχνουμε σε φόρμα και ψήνουμε στους 170° C στον αέρα για 45-50 λεπτά ή μέχρι να βάλουμε μια οδοντογλυφίδα στο κέντρο και αυτή να βγει καθαρή. (no mixer needed!) Scoop the batter into a pan and bake at 170° Celsius / 340° F for 45-50 minutes.
