Welcome back to my kitchen. Let me show you how to prepare easily these delicious homemade Oat bars. They are so easy to make, healthy and nutritious and are the best snack for your kids to take to school. I have made these oat bars many times. Every time, they taste a bit different, because I’ve used other nuts and/or fruit combos. All you need to know is the basic ingredients: Oats, tahini (or butter), honey or sugar. Tbh, I prefer honey than sugar for the following reasons: a. it’s healthier b. it tastes so good c. it’s a great binding agent. You could practically use any dried fruits or nuts you like, using the same method as I do here, checking also my small trick! The possibilities are indeed endless. So let’s start! Suitable for vegans and fasting. INGREDIENTS: • 2.5 cups / 200 gr / 7 oz Oats (flakes) • 2/3 cup / 100 gr / 3.5 oz whole white Almonds, coarsely chopped • 1 cup / 100 gr / 3.5 oz Pistachios, coarsely chopped • 125 gr / 4.4 oz dried Prunes • 125 gr / 4.4 oz semi-dried Figs or dried Dates • 3/8 cup / 120 gr / 4.2 oz Greek Thyme Honey (or agave/maple syrup for vegans) • ½ cup / 120 gr / 4.2 oz Tahini Paste or Peanut Butter • 60 gr / 2.1 oz Dark Chocolate, cubed or sliced, or dark Chocolate chips Μπάρες Βρώμης εύκολες και υγιεινές (χωρίς ψήσιμο/ζάχαρη) BY: Greek Cooking Made Easy Φτιάχνει 12 μπάρες Καλώς ήρθατε και πάλι στην κουζίνα μου. Ελάτε να σας δείξω πώς να ετοιμάσετε εύκολα αυτές τις πεντανόστιμες σπιτικές μπάρες βρώμης. Είναι τόσο εύκολο να ετοιμαστούν, υγιεινές και θρεπτικές και είναι το καλύτερο σνακ για τα παιδιά σας στο σχολείο. Μπάρες βρώμης έχω φτιάξει πολλές φορές. Κάθε φορά, έχουν λίγο διαφορετική γεύση, επειδή έχω χρησιμοποιήσει άλλους ξηρούς καρπούς ή/και συνδυασμούς φρούτων. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται να γνωρίζετε είναι τα βασικά συστατικά: Βρώμη, ταχίνι (ή βούτυρο), μέλι ή ζάχαρη. Για να είμαι ειλικρινής, προτιμώ το μέλι από τη ζάχαρη για τους εξής λόγους: α. είναι πιο υγιεινό β. έχει τόσο καλή γεύση γ. είναι εξαιρετικό σαν συγκολλητικό μέσο. Θα μπορούσατε πρακτικά να χρησιμοποιήσετε οποιαδήποτε ξερά φρούτα ή ξηρούς καρπούς σας αρέσουν, χρησιμοποιώντας την ίδια μέθοδο όπως σας δείχνω εδώ, που έχει και ένα μικρό κόλπο! Οι δυνατότητες συνδυασμών πάντως είναι ατελείωτες. Ας ξεκινήσουμε λοιπόν! Κατάλληλες για βίγκαν και νηστεία.
