Ingredients • 2 small ripe bananas (3/4 cup) • 100g porridge oats (1 cup) • 80g smooth peanut butter (1/3 cup) • 30g courgettes, grated and squeezed (1/4 cup) • 30g dark chocolate, chopped (1/4 cup) Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. 2. Mash the banana, then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. 4. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars. 5. Buon appetito! 👶🏼 Suitable from 6 months (avoid chocolate for babies under 2). ❄️ Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. To defrost, transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight.
