Βρείτε το εδώ: https://bit.ly/3IQ81SK Subscribe: http://bit.ly/DimitriosMakriniotis Συνταγή: Υλικά για την βάση 130 γρ. μπισκότα της επιλογής σας 50 γρ. βούτυρο αγελάδος Lurpak Υλικά για την πραλινα φυστίκι 100 γρ. φυστίκι Αιγίνης 100 γρ. ζάχαρη άχνη 100 ml σπορέλαιο Υλικά για την κρέμα 400 γρ. τυρι κρέμα Arla 400 ml κρέμα γάλακτος 35% 50 γρ. ζάχαρη άχνη 100 γρ. πραλινα φυστικι Εκτέλεση για την βάση Τρίβουμε στο μούλτι τα μπισκότα μας και τα κάνουμε σκόνη. Λιώνουμε το βούτυρο μας σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία και αφού λιώσει, το ανακατεύουμε με τα τριμμένα μπισκοτα μας. Στη συνέχεια, αδειάζουμε μέσα σε ένα τσέρκι 16-18 εκ. που έχουμε ακουμπήσει σε αντικολλητικό χαρτί. Απλώνουμε ομοιόμορφα με ένα κουτάλι και βάζουμε στο ψυγείο για 5-10 λεπτά. Εκτέλεση για την πραλινα Σε ένα μούλτι, βάζουμε όλα μας τα υλικά και ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να γίνει μια λεία πραλίνα. Εκτέλεση για την κρέμα Στο μίξερ, με το σύρμα, χτυπάμε το τυρί με την ζάχαρη για 1 λεπτό. Προσθέτουμε την κρύα κρέμα γάλακτος και συνεχίζουμε το ανακάτεμα μέχρι να γίνει μια σφιχτή κρέμα. Προσθέτουμε 100 γρ. πραλίνα και ανακατεύουμε με μια μαρίζ, μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί το μείγμα μας. Αδειάζουμε την κρέμα μας στο τσέρκι και απλώνουμε ομοιόμορφα. Τοποθετούμε στο ψυγείο για 2 ώρες και αμέσως μετά, γαρνίρουμε με πραλίνα. ------- Ingredients for the base: • 130 gr. Biscuits of your choice • 50 gr. Melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, mix it with the ground biscuits. Then, pour the mixture into a 16-18 cm springform pan lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly with a spoon and place it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. Method for the pistachio praline: In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until a smooth praline paste forms. Method for the cream: In a mixer fitted with the wire attachment, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar for 1 minute. Add the cold heavy cream and continue mixing until a thick cream forms. Add 100 gr of pistachio praline and fold it in gently until evenly incorporated. Pour the cream mixture into the springform pan and spread it evenly.
