| Video Discription | #윤이련반찬 감자를 자른 후, ㅈㅈㄹㅈ에 쪄주면 감자 겉면이 말라, 조리시 덜 부스러지고 겉은 쫀득, 안은 포슬포슬한 환상적인 식감의 감자를 맛 보실 수 있습니다. ■재료■ 감자 3개, 마늘 5개 편썬거, 식용유 ■ 양념비율 ■ 밥숟갈 감자 (테니스공 크기) 하나당 간장 1스푼하면 "삼삼한 짠맛" 입니다. 식성에 맞게 더 짜게 먹으려면 간장 더 추가~ -식용유 볶은 후 -진간장 3~4 -고추장/굴소스 0.3~0.5 (색깔 내기 및 감칠맛 용) -물엿 2~3 넣고 + 마지막 코팅 1 추가 -매실청 2 (생략가능) -물 7 -참기름 조금, 통깨 -마지막에 느끼한 맛 잡아주는 재료 : 다진 땡초나 후추 ■ Ingredients■ Potatos 3 ( Tennis ball size) + sliced garlic, vegetable oil Microwave 3 potatoes for 5min which makes its texture extremely fluffy inside and gooey outside. Then add oil and stir fry them a bit then add sauce. ■Sauce■ Jin soy sauce 3~4 T Gochujang or Oyster Sauce 0.3~0.5 (you can skip it) Corn syrup 2~3 ( in the beginning) + 1 ( at the end for coating) Maesil extract ( you can skip it) Water 7 T Sesame oil + Sesame seeds ( at the end) chopped chilies or pepper ( at the end) .
